Frequently Asked Questions

The main places to ride an Ebike are on the "Pa'rus Trail" and up the "Zion Canyon Scenic Drive" (Where the shuttle operates, and where the most popular Zion attractions/hikes are)

We send you with a preset combination lock so you can leave your Ebike and hike the walking trails to your souls content

We offer two models of Ebikes for rent. The RadRunner, which is a comfortable and simple Ebike that just about anyone can jump on and enjoy (add baskets, bottle holder, and infant seats easily) 

and the RadWagon which is best for experienced riders who would like to transport a passenger with the built in bench seat. (lots of cargo space)

Radrunner rentals start at 85$ for the day and Radwagon rentals start at 95$ for the day.  

Included with the rentals are:

-Accessories you've selected at checkout (baskets/passenger seats etc.)

-Helmet

-Simple Ebike directions class

-Preset combination lock (for parking your Ebike to do any hikes or sight seeing)

We will deliver to anywhere in Springdale/Zion Canyon for free.

Our default pick up and drop off location is at an economy priced parking lot located 1/2 of a mile from Zion National Park's south entrance. The address is:

We welcome riders of various skill levels and ages. Typically 12 years old is the youngest that can comfortably ride their own Ebike. Exceptions can be made for as young as 10 years old if they are exceptionally balanced and confident in riding. (This requires explicit approval from one of our employees and is a case by case situation with no guarantees) Otherwise a passenger seat might be the best option.  For safety reasons, we recommend that riders have prior experience with biking. All riders are required to fill out a waiver.
